Apex BDC is a communications platform for automotive dealerships. Our software gives dealership managers a single workspace for lead response, customer conversations, appointment scheduling, and operational reporting across one rooftop or fifty.

Apex BDC was built from years of hands-on experience inside the used-car retail business, watching where leads slip, where response times stretch, and where good conversations end before they should. Every workflow in the product traces back to a specific problem a dealership team faces on a normal Tuesday.

Our first pilot dealership is CarTopia LLC, an independent used-car dealership at 897 Route 22 West, North Plainfield, NJ 07060. Their operations, staff feedback, and lead volume have shaped the product since day one.
