Acceptance
By creating a workspace or using ApexBDC (operated by AutoCity LLC dba APEX BDC) you agree to these terms.
Subscription and billing
Plans are billed monthly or annually per the order form. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Acceptable use
Do not use ApexBDC to send unlawful messages, harass consumers, or violate TCPA / CAN-SPAM. You are responsible for the messages your workspace sends.
Customer data
You own your workspace data. We process it as described in the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Addendum.
Service availability
We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance where possible.
Termination
Either party may terminate per the order form. On termination we provide an export window before deletion.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoCity LLC dba APEX BDC's aggregate liability for ApexBDC is limited to the fees paid in the prior twelve months.
