Acceptable Use Policy

This policy governs every workspace, integration, and end user that accesses the Apex BDC platform operated by AutoCity LLC dba Apex BDC.

Do not use Apex BDC to transmit unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, defamatory, or deceptive content, or to impersonate any person or organization.

No bulk unsolicited messaging, no circumvention of consumer opt-outs, no scraping of competitor systems, no reverse engineering of the platform, and no use of the platform to compete with AutoCity LLC dba Apex BDC.

Workspace operators must honor TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CCPA / CPRA, and any state-level dealer advertising and consumer protection rules that apply to their rooftops.

Protect account credentials, use SSO where available, report suspected compromise to security@apexbdc.ai within 24 hours, and do not attempt to access data outside your workspace.

AutoCity LLC dba Apex BDC may suspend or terminate workspaces that violate this policy. Severe or repeat violations may be reported to carriers, regulators, or law enforcement.
