Data Processing Addendum

The standard Apex BDC DPA is available on request. For an executable PDF, a countersigned copy, an EU/UK addendum, or revisions for your procurement process, contact our legal team and we will send the current version.

Note: A signed PDF is issued by AutoCity LLC dba Apex BDC's legal team. Email legal@apexbdc.ai and we will send the current version within one business day.

The list of Apex BDC subprocessors is provided by the Company to Customer under NDA and updated by email notification to the Customer's designated contact.

The DPA also references the security program and the Privacy Policy. Together these documents describe the controller / processor relationship between the dealership (controller) and AutoCity LLC dba Apex BDC (processor), 585 Chestnut Street, Union, NJ 07083.
